Teriyaki seitan was top notch, sweet and tender and tangy, possibly best I've had. I like the mushroom enoki too, though that may not be for everyone - it's a kind of savory that isn't super common in western cuisine. They threw in free fried chicken balls too, which was very nice of them, but the balls themselves were just so-so -- the batter a bit too thick and not particularly flavorful. Maybe those are better hot from the kitchen than as take-out?
